Joker is the firm telling the story of how Batman’s arch-energy came into existing.
The film was expected to be boasted with side effect backed by huge budget.
That might be a hit in box-office but would not win any awards. But joker is not that kind of movie. The film had a limited budget, and there were no side-effects.
Juaquin Phoenix, in the main role, doesn’t offer any standard comic-book caricature of villainy.
Still, this film wins several awards at the Venice Film Festival where it was premiered on Saturday due to the fact that it is an amazing movie, in the most literal sense.
Joker is an extraordinarily powerful character that studies a man with mental illness and ferocious indictment of a society that doesn’t treat his mental illness with the same compassion.
Phoenix plays Arthur Flex whole lives with his mother in a ramshackle apartment building in Gotham City.
A rich industrialist, named Thomas Wayne is campaigning to become Mayor to get Gotham city back on its feet. Meanwhile, Arthur is merely holding on to his job as a professional clown.
Needless to say is disturbed, lonely with a Tourette’s condition that forces him to laugh without reason.
He dreams of becoming a standup comedian. His hero is Murray Franklin, Tv talk-show host, excellently played by Robert De Niro. While Arthur is creepy, he is also victimized and highly misunderstood.
Even when he turns murderous, the audience can still empathize with him. Gotham is the city which is driving towards destruction, and Arthur is the one insignificant citizen who pushes it over the edge.
Joker is a satire and unimaginable dark and brutal one. People who have watched the movie are stunned and everyone involved in the movie are extremely proud, including executive producer Bradley Coopers.
This movie is made under a new franchise called DC Black.
