A priest of St.
Stephen Catholic Church became the central point of discussion until recently. This happened as he precluded Sara Smolenski, a District Court Judge from serving her communion. And the father cited the reason for Sara’s same-sex marriage from doing her so.
Smolenski further claimed that the father had given this ultimatum over the phone. He clearly clarified Sara to come to the Church on Sundays, but she cannot part take in communion. And this he told her for being into a same-sex marital relationship, Smolenski retorted to the CNN.
She also told that this is sheer discrimination. And gay people are becoming the mere scapegoats of this kind of resentful demeanor.
But, on the contrary, father Nolan defended himself and claimed something else. He told that he had told what had been taught by his erstwhile predecessors for generations.
On the contrary, Smolenski told that she was given the right of communion by other church leaders. And she is more than happy with what she has got. Subsequently, father Nolan further clarified to the CNN affiliate with something even more interesting.
He told that he has no role-playing in the unanimous decision made by the other church members.
He also kept on citing various examples from the Holy Bible that how homosexuality is considered as sin there.
He further clarified that gay people are considered as the most despicable human beings in the world. Hence, they must be denied the admittance from part taking in the various ritualistic performances.
He said that neither the greedy, drunkard, swindlers or revilers including the homosexual can own God’s kingdom. What Nolan opines is it against the conventional way of leading a marital life and hence is impinging Christianity’s social fabric to a great extent.
