The Duchess of Cambridge looked gorgeous in pink as she attends baby Archie’s christening alongside other royals family members.

 

Kate, 37, wore a beautiful pink Stella McCartney dress for the event, which took place in a tiny chapel at Windsor Castle. 

She was looking elegant while posing on a chair in front of her husband Prince William – and appeared to pay tribute to her mother-in-law.

It seems that the mother-of-three was paying a tribute to her mother-in-law as she donned a pair of Princess Diana’s pearl earrings for little Archie’s christening.

Senior royals including Prince Charles, Camilla, Prince William, and Kate Middleton were among the 25 guests at the intimate ceremony today. 

Kate’s outfit for the event was reminding us of the powder blue ensemble by Elie Saab which she wore to Ascot last month.

Kate wore a red headband by London milliner Juliette Botterill to complete her look.

She donned red shoes and a pair of pearl drop earrings which was complimenting her stunning brunette hair.

The earrings were looking similar to the pair Princess Diana, wore to Harry’s christening in 1984. 

Some of royals fans gathered in Windsor for the event and, though excited, some fans were disappointed that the public is not allowed to see any of the private ceremonies or find out who has been chosen as godparents. 

Several experts called it a disappointing move, and said, it would upset those who loved the couple the most.  

Ingrid Seward, editor-in-chief of Majesty magazine, suggested Prince Harry, 34, and Meghan Markle, 37, had ‘really upset the people who loved them the most’ with the move, telling the Daily Express they had ‘misinterpreted the whole situation’. 

Seward reveals: ‘The secrecy and evasiveness of the whole situation have been so mismanaged. It’s a real shame.’
