Keanu Reeves appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show this week and admitted that he had a crush on co-star Sandra Bullock when they filmed Speed.
The 54-year-old actor confessed that during the filming of the 1994 movie, he had a crush on Sandra Bullock but he didn’t make a move as he wanted to keep things professional.
Ellen played a clip of Sandra where she admitted that she had a crush on Keanu.
‘Did you know that she had a crush on you?’ Ellen asked Keanu.
‘No. She obviously didn’t know that I had a crush on her, either’ Keanu replied.
Ellen said, ‘I can’t believe you both had crushes on each other… and you were so scared.’
Keanu said: ‘It was nice to go to work. She’s such a wonderful person, such a wonderful actress.’
Ellen then said of Sandra who has been dating photographer Bryan Randall since 2015: ‘I believe she’s in a relationship now, the window closed.’
In December, when Ellen asked Sandra about Keanu, she said: ‘It was hard… it was really hard for me to be serious. He would look at me and I’d be like…’
Ellen asked: ‘Did ya’all get together? Did you date him?’
‘Never dated him. There was just something about me I guess…. he didn’t like.’
‘But I think we’re probably friends for that long… because we didn’t…’ Sandra said.
