Kendall Jenner, one of the most famous models in the world, is worth more than $45 million.
It goes without saying that she is worthy of owning a mansion not many can afford.
The mansion Kendall lived in before moving to Beverley Hills initially belonged to John Krasinski and Emily Blunt.
It overlooks the city of Los Angeles and has four bedrooms, broad hallways, walk-in wardrobes, and a plus-sized pool area. Kendall has now sold the property.
A virtual tour of the mansion was arranged by Matterport on their website Destination: Everywhere last Friday.
The house is situated deep inside the Hollywood Hills and the surrounding mountainous landscape gives optimum privacy along with stunning visuals of the city from the panoramic windows.
The front garden is perfect for sunbathing, equipped with sunbeds lined up beside the deep-set swimming pool.
There are two separate sitting areas too so that people can sit and chat in privacy while watching the full moon.
Inside, the house has a number of seating areas, top of the list is a living room equipped with white couches, cushions made of blue velvet and blue and white paintings on the walls to complement the looks of the room.
A large fireplace in the room gives it a homely feel.
The sitting area leads to a dining room with a center table made of oak wood with a seating capacity of 10.
There’s also a built-in bar with illuminated cupboards containing wine glasses and champagne.
The bar’s countertop has a variety of different things to make cocktails while stools are present in the front of the bar counter to facilitate the drinkers.
Another room, the entertainment hub of the house is equipped with a plasma TV and comfortable sofas.
The walls of the TV room are decorated with a greyscale painting of Andy Warhol and portraits of legendary stars like Marlon Brando.
The house has a large open plan kitchen having every last thing a cook can need and a wooden island and stools for guests to sit and eat from.
The second floor has the four bedrooms of the house, with a dedicated guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed.
As if it is not enough, there is a dedicated sitting area for the residents to go to for relaxing and chilling out on the third floor.
Saying that the house has everything a person needs would be a grave understatement as it offers an experience very few other houses can.
