Recently Khloe Kardashian was in the limelight for sharing her weight loss journey. The Keeping Up With Kardashian’s star revealed how she lost her weight after giving birth to her kid. In a live stream, she said that so far, Khloe has lost 60 pounds after her daughter True came to the world.
In this live stream, she even motivated her fans on how to lose the post-pregnancy weight. She said if you are trying to lose some significant body weight, you would need to keep a balance between diet and exercise. You cannot ignore any one of that for the other.
She exclaimed how she had reached her vicinity weight goal. Now she is 150, and it is her dream to reach 140s. Khloe further added with the ongoing coronavirus and social distancing; she has got more time to concentrate on her exercise regimen and avail better results.
She said that being on lockdown, she is not able to focus on her diet and doesn’t watch what she eats. But, that doesn’t mean she will binge eat a bagful of chips. There are certain items that she loved but was confined by the diet. Now that she is at home, she can now turn to her favorite food.
Khloe has managed to schedule a stringent exercising regime to balance the free diet she is taking right now.
She continued that you must never deprive your body of your favorite food. Instead of concealing, you must focus on burning the fat regularly by following an exercising routine.
In her live stream, she spoke about how one should formulate their own plan of losing weight for better results.
