The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ reality TV star, Kim Kardashian holds many titles under her belt, and the most surprising and the most recent being an upcoming producer for the upcoming documentary ‘The Justice Project’.
Her career from being a socialite, to a family-ridden popular social media mogul, and then to being a major figure in the Hollywood industry, whether you like it or not, has shaped current media landscape culture in a way unprecedented has set a new standard.
And now she is exultant in revealing her newest adventure into the industry and expressed thus in her latest tweet:
‘I can’t wait for you guys to watch my documentary, to get a better understanding of the justice system and see what it’s like for someone like these men to get a second chance at life after prison. Tune-in’ to my 2-Hour documentary #KKWTheJusticeProject this Sunday, April 5th at 7/6c on @oxygen.’
Earlier in an interview with Gayle King on CBS, she stressed many times that he upcoming documentary themed upon forgiveness, second chances and rehabilitation is a landmark for her, saying: ‘Well, honestly, this is the most important work that I’ve ever done.’
Kim has already had experience dealing with and reevaluating convicts in the American justice system, most notably her personal bid to President Trump to bid clemency for Alice Marie Johnson, who was sentenced to more than 20 years in the cell on a nonviolent drug charge.
She has also elaborated on the same cause in her rehabilitation project through her new documentary, which details in depth about the whole cause and process of it all.
As Kim shared in her recent Instagram post: ‘Back in July, I visited the Correctional Treatment Facility in Washington D.C. to discuss the Georgetown Prison Scholars program with Dr. @marcmhoward,’ Marc M. Howard is the collaborator of her project which gives out scholarship and redeemable opportunities to youths.
In her other platform of social media, she shares her most recent family event, a moment of intimacy to incorporate her children with her most maternal person, including this outtake on motherhood: ‘one thing I am doing during this time is practicing hair styles on my girls’.
Aside from braiding their hair and dipping them in rubber ball pools, she’s also bringing the family closer to nature by observing nature in their very own backyard of their humongous mansion: ‘Something we are doing tonight is getting flash lights and frog watching.
There are so many in our backyard at night!’
