The reality TV star usually exercises in the comfort of her Hidden Hills, California mansion that she shares with her husband Kanye West and their three children Chicago, Saint and North.
But last Wednesday, Kim Kardashian went to a Los Angeles beach for a yoga session.
Wearing a grey outfit that consisted of shorts and a crop top, the 37-year-old star performed lunges and did the tree pose with her friends. Then, Kim stripped off her shorts and wore only high-waisted briefs that displayed her enviable curves.
The Selfish author has reasons to be proud of her body. After all, she is in the best shape of her life! Thanks to her trainer Melissa Alcantara, the mother-of-three has a small waistline, toned legs, and abs, and sculpted arms.
“Shout out to my trainer @fitgurlmel who really changed my body. When I wasn’t happy with what I saw back in the mirror I spent a whole year training so hard 5 or 6 days a week putting in a lot of work and changed the way that I eat and there’s such a noticeable difference,” Kim said.
“I am firm and less cellulite and so much more confident. SO THANK YOU for waking up at 5am to do crazy body building workouts & sprints that I hate & putting me on to this lifestyle.”
Earlier this year, Alcantara shared about working with the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star.
“She loves and hates leg days,” Alcantara told People. “But she’s committed! She knows what it takes, but it’s also really grueling. It’s heavy, it’s killer, but she’ll be like, Alright, let’s do it! She’s a workhorse.”
Alcantara also thinks that Kim is doing great with her workouts.
“Kim has been getting some really nice results, like with her triceps! She can’t believe how much has changed over the last few months. And when you’re in this deep, it’s hard to go back. She just keeps it up. She’s focused and she has a goal in mind.”
It was in 2017 when Kim found her on Instagram. “Melissa is a trainer I found. She’s super inspiring to me and I really want to meet up with her and she if she could train me. She could help direct my food and really get me on an amazing path …
If I was 10 percent like her it would be life-changing. Like my whole arms and back. It’s mostly food. I gotta have this lifestyle. I gotta try,” Kim said.
