The Keeping Up With The Kardashian star has discussed raising her children while under the spotlight, her passion for criminal reform, and being inspired by environmental activist Greta Thunberg.
Kim Kardashian said: “There’s a lot of downfalls with social media such as having to deal with negativity on it. The aspect of how many followers you have can maybe affect the younger users. However, there are amazing benefits from social media.
“I would definitely be that mom monitoring my kids on social media as they grow up. I don’t know what it would be like to grow up with social media. I grew up before cell phones, so I don’t know what that would be like!”
When asked whether the ‘Queen’ of social media would like to have more children, she said: “To raise responsible, kind, human beings takes time and dedication, I don’t want to be that parent who doesn’t spend time with each of my children. Four is my limit!”
Kim also said that the Swedish environmentalist, Greta, inspired her. “I think she is so brave. She is an amazing young girl. So brave and courageous to stand up to these grown-ups who can be so scary. Climate change is a serious problem!”
Aside from reality show, beauty and fashion ventures, Kim is also passionate about criminal reform. She had registered with the California State bar to study law back in April.
“I really wanted to study criminal law. I’ve really enjoyed the process, and have always been curious. The more that I know, the more things I can do help,” she expressed.
The 38-year-old nearly completed her first year out of the four years required to get a law degree.
Kim also noted: “Some of the smartest people are in prison. People who know prison the best are the people serving in them.
“I would have the best firm of formally incarcerated people!” she said.
