An aspiring young mechanic working at Honda dealership located in Indiana was fired after her manager came to know that she was creating amateur porn as her side work on the OnlyFans platform.
24-year old Kristen Vaughn said that she was training hard to become the first woman master technician of Don Ayres Honda dealership situated in Fort Wayne.
But she was suddenly fired from her job after her co-workers found her account on OnlyFans. This is a popular platform where people pay and subscribe to private content and is mainly used for adult stuff.
Vaughn explained that after she mentioned her account in some of her Instagram stories, her co-workers started to watch her videos at the workplace.
She revealed that she was even sexually assaulted by them; however, instead of punishing the workers, the management blamed her for making such an account.
She added that if these guys would just watch porn at their homes, she would not have gotten fired. And management, instead of punishing them for being creepy, said that she is the one who brought them to their attention, so it is her fault.
Kristen was fired from the dealership in February, but she posted about it last Wednesday, and her story instantly went viral on Twitter.
In her post, she wrote that it is a shame that they fired her for having an OnlyFans account because she knew her way around the car. She also posted a video where she was seen replacing an air conditioning system.
Jason Johnston from the Human Resources department denied that Kristen was fired because of her OnlyFans account. He said that she was let go because she had violated the company’s policy, but did not specify which policy she broke.
On the contrary, Kristen released an audio recording of a discussion with the managers where they were asking about her OnlyFans account.
They were explaining to her that it would be bad for their company’s reputation. Johnston was also heard blaming Kristen for the way her co-workers reacted.
