Tyson Fury apparently fakes an injury in order to try and find leaking information from his training camp before his victory over Deontary Wilder last February.
This news was revealed was shared by Andy Lee, Fury’s cousin, and trainer.
He explains the efforts Fury went to stop his opponents in the fierce seventh round that occurred in Las Vegas.
Lee told Boxing Social that there were days when Fury messed around just to see if the leak would surface.
He faked an injury or pretended to limp after a sparring session in order to see what will happen.
The trainer also asserted the kind of deviousness he had to be a part of while being associated with Fury.
Moreover, inside the training camp, Fury would put on a show just to see if anyone talks about it outside the camp.
The wrestler was seen limping at a UFC event back in January. People were concerned about his injury prior to his rematch with Wilder.
During the training camp period, he has switched trainer from Ben Davison to Sugar Hill Steward two months prior to his match.
Timothy Allcock, Fury’s friend, camp manager, and adviser also gave an overview of what is going on inside the training camp. The camp could see a major difference in food; the diet had to become particularly strict.
Tyson never stuck to a particular diet and always ended up eating fast food, but it all changed this time.
Allcock also revealed that we also had to cut short people’s visits. In the rematch, Furry was able to floor Wilder twice and Won the WBC heavyweight championship.
On the whole, it was one crazy ride not just from the wrestler but all the people who are working closely with him.
