Lewis Capaldi is a terrific singer and his fans believe in him with all their heart.
The man did not only won hearts this time but a disagreement these two musicians are having for a long time.
This all started with an interview where it was clearly visible something was terribly wrong between the two.
While both the singers are white and have a lot in common it seems like recently they have not been in good terms.
Noel Gallagher, the former Oasis star in the interview then commented on Lewis. No, it was not a sweet comment but a complete dig on Lewis.
In the interview, Noel called Lewis a Chewbacca, in reaction to which, Lewis changed his Twitter username to Chewis Capaldi. But this is not where it all ends.
Lewis continued playing with the same and on the stage of TRNSMT Festival, he changed the lyrics of his song Don’t Look Back in Anger to Don’t Chew-bac in Anger.
The mess or the dispute between the two singers, the one who is at the start of his career and fluently young and the other who is a 90s star with defeating age and a bad temper, when Noel called 22 years old Lewis an Idiot in an interview on the Radio.
Capaldi at first made fun out of it on his Instagram stating Noel’s name. He wrote “It is father’s day and a man of the age of my father is making fun of me in front of a very large audience. The surprising news is I have never even seen this man.”
Of course, young blood does not settle easily. Lewis decided to show Noel what he is capable of and clearly, Lewis won the match.
