Reportedly, Liam Hemsworth is ‘building a new home’ near his ex-wife Miley Cyrus and her new boyfriend Cody Simpson’s love nest in Malibu, California.
According to New Idea, in November 2018, Hemsworth’s home was destroyed in the Malibu wildfires. Now, the actor has continued renovations as his ex-wife now living with a new boyfriend next door.
Miley and Liam bought one of the neighboring properties, before getting married in 2018. After, marriage, they lived in the actor’s big mansion.
Liam bought his Malibu estate in late 2014 from musician Matthew Wilder for $6.8million (USD) during a break from Miley.
In February 2016, Miley purchased the $2.5 million (USD) ranch next door, before moving into his larger mansion.
They settled permanently in Liam’s home, along with their pets, and Miley’s property left empty during this time.
Last November, Liam’s property, was destroyed from the deadliest wildfires in California history.
According to reports, Miley and Liam asked for permission to rebuild their homes in July, but they got separated before any renovation work.
Miley has returned to her ranch next door, with new boyfriend Cody Simpson after spending the whole of October.
Liam now planned to re-built his mansion once again, and he is also searching for a home in Australia to live closer to brother Chris Hemsworth.
Cody’s mother Angie told New Idea on Monday, that she will soon be going to Los Angeles to spend time with her son and Miley.
She called Cyrus family ‘truly humble people’, and said she has known Miley’s mother Tish for several years now.
‘Cody and Alli [sister] worked on a few branding campaigns in the USA with Miley’s sister Noah… we hit it off back then and have been friends ever since,’ she explained.
Earlier this month, Liam was seen with actress Maddison Brown many times.
