The mother claims that upon arrival, she was met with great resistance from the pool area’s staff members who refused to let her in. They asked her if she could look after her daughter but when Libby denied it, claiming she was blind, they rudely asked her to leave.

One of Libby’s friends also accompanied the mother-daughter duo. He went about showing Libby’s ‘blind card’ but they still refused to let her in. After the incident went viral, the pool’s administration offered her a voucher for her next visit but that’s all she got for the rude behavior.
