Madonna, 62, appears to be raising her children to be the next pop icon as she was.

The singer shared an Instagram of her son David Banda, 15, walking around the house in a cream silk dress with hand-painted abstract black lettering designed by Mae Couture.

“Confidence is Everything……….#davidbanda @mae_couture #snap,” Madonna captioned the post.

In the 30 second video with the 1990s Snap! classic “The Power” on the track, the teen can be seen confidently parading around the halls of the family’s palatial home in the dress.

David displayed his runway-worthy moves as he catwalked in the entire corridor.

He paired his looks with black sunglasses and white sneakers, and dramatically performed his angles in the collared glam dress.

The Instagram video also featured images of him in a magazine-style photo where he posed underneath palm trees and continued to display his flair.

As he continued walking through the family mansion, he reached the kitchen and David scooped up some white grapes from the counter as he expressed his delight.

“I low-key like wearing… like, it’s so freeing, you know what I mean?” David said.

David’s 30-second clip has attracted a lot of supportive comments including one from Madonna’s close friend Debi Mazar, who compared him to supermodel Naomi Campbell.

“Omg I Love him… Look out @naomi,” Actress Debi Mazar wrote in the comments.

“Love,” said legendary hairstylist Luigi Murenu.

Mae Couture also posted the video to her account with a caption: “FLY BANDA.”

In 2006, Madonna and her ex-husband, British filmmaker, Guy Ritchie adopted David from Malawi when he was just 13 months old.

The decision was met with controversy because according to Malawian law, adoptive parents are required to live in the East African country for at least one year before adopting.

In 2009 she returned to the southeast African nation adopting her daughter Mercy James, 15, and in 2017 her twin girls Estere and Stella, 8.

She also has two biological kids Lourdes Leon, 24, from her relationship with Carlos Leon and Rocco Ritchie, 20, from her marriage to Guy Ritchie.

The pop icon has recently stated the special bond she shares with David and the traits she believes he has inherited from her, admitting he is the one she had the most in common with of all her children.

“What he has more than anything are focus and determination,” she said. “I’m pretty sure he got it from me.”

“He’s the one I have the most in common with. I feel like he gets me; he has more of my DNA than any of my children so far. Let’s see what happens—it’s still early days for everyone,” Madonna told Vogue UK in a 2019 interview.

The pop icon frequently shares to social media her family photos and videos cheering on her kids for their many achievements.

Madonna a passionate dancer with musical talents on the piano and guitar showered David with a three-minute birthday tribute where she gushed: “How wonderful life is while you’re in the world!”

Just last month, she and her boyfriend Ahlamalik Williams, 27, looked like a very supportive couple as they showed up with her children to watch one of David’s soccer games in Hidden Hills, California.

She and Williams have been dating for two years. The backup dancer began working for Madonna in 2015 as part of her Rebel Heart Tour.
