I’m not a morning person but that doesn’t mean I don’t have to wake up early almost every day of the week.

Getting ready is a challenge—it’s hard enough to roll out of bed and get myself dressed, let alone cook a filling and nutritious meal for myself before I leave the house.

Cooking for a family is even more time consuming, and means waking up ever earlier.

And I definitely don’t want to skip breakfast, because the cliché is true: it’s the most important meal of the day. Eating breakfast jump starts your metabolism and improves your focus and memory.

Fortunately for all of us, there’s an easy hack to make you and your family delicious breakfast for the entire week.

Instead of running out for fast food, you can easily make eggs each week and heat them up quickly before you run to work or school.

All you need are a few easy-to-acquire breakfast staples like eggs, cheese, veggies, and bacon or ham. Scramble the eggs in a muffin pan and bake them.

Add them to a bagel if you want a sandwich, freeze, and heat in the morning.

There are several quick and easy ways to do this using just an oven and a muffin tin.

If you’re someone who doesn’t like to eat the same thing every morning, or if you’re a bit creative, you can also easily alter any recipe. If you’re making a sandwich, instead of an bagel, swap it out for a biscuit or a pair of waffles.

Make a simple but tasty spicy mayo by combining your favorite hot cause with a little bit of mayonnaise. You can make a small container for yourself and slap it on your breakfast after you heat it up.

You can also try a delicious pepper jam to brighten things up!

If you don’t want a sandwich, you can also make breakfast cups and quiches.
