A group of friends were swimming and boating at Lake Powell, Arizona when one of them decided to do a backflip while swinging from a rope.
The man, who is identified as Marshall, tried to do a backflip from a small cliff while swinging from a rope at Lake Powell, Arizona but he got tangled upside down.
The rope ripped through his swimsuit and he hung there for a few seconds before falling into the water.
A friend helped Marshall who suffered minor injuries.
The video of the incident was posted online and went viral instantly. The video received thousands of comments. Some internet users said that it was a stupid idea to do a backflip while swinging from a rope.

One such video shows a man trying to do a backflip in a children’s park and failing miserably. His friends, who were filming the stunt, laugh uncontrollably when he lands on the surface.
