We all drop our cell phones at one point or another.

Unfortunately, nature has not blessed us with reflexes fast enough to catch a falling phone and avoid it from hitting the ground.

Every time we drop our phones, it feels like we would totally lose it along with all of our data.

Now imagine you drop your cell phone during a roller coaster ride at a speed approaching 100 mph. That’s sure death for the phone, eh? Well, it might not be.

Something like that happened 50 miles to the west of Barcelona, in the Port Aventura amusement park, where someone dropped their iPhone X while on a thrill ride at a substantial speed of 80 miles per hour.

Unbelievably, the dropped phone was caught by a man named Samuel Kempf who was on the same ride, a couple of rows behind the person who dropped it.

Samuel acted at the moment when the phone was right above his head and caught it. Even more incredible is the fact that the whole thing was filmed on a camera.

In this age, when everyone has a camera with them all the time, isn’t it strange that we don’t receive the videos of something supernatural or out of the ordinary on a daily basis?

It looks like either the flying saucers and aliens have stopped visiting our planet or they don’t exist in the first place. However, the case is still open, we just need some evidence to prove it.

Coming back, the camera that caught this incredible act was installed on the roller coaster by the operators.

The New Zealander said that the phone’s owner was “too astonished and cheerful” upon knowing that his phone had dodged death.

Samuel added: “He gave me a major embrace and said he was going to purchase the on-ride video for me.”
