One man founded a company to give jobs to people with autism. Thorkil Sonne from Denmark created Specialisterne Foundation after becoming the father of a son with an autism spectrum disorder.
His son was given the diagnosis “infantile autism, normal intelligence” at age 3, Thorkil decided to start the company and became the president of a local chapter of Autism Denmark.

According to BrighVibes: ‘’The mission of Specialisterne is to collect and share the knowledge that will help people with autism thrive and excel on the labor market by:

ADVERTISEMENT - Support labor market stakeholders in the integration of people with autism into the labor market.
