A Canadian man died in a McDonald’s drive-thru because of his negligence and bad luck.
On a fresh Tuesday morning, a man entered the McDonalds Drive-thru at 5:15 am. He ordered his food and was about to pay for it using his credit card when the card slipped out of the window.
He opened his car’s door to pick it up with a running engine but unfortunately died on the spot by getting crushed between his car and the building.
Authorities are checking store surveillance footage for proof and have nearly completed their investigation.
Sources revealed that people tried to save the man, but his fate was written. All possible efforts were made by the witnesses of this sorrowful incident but failed.
Vancouver Fire Rescue Services were informed before the death of the man but they were unable to save him as well.
Neither the McDonald’s staff nor the rescue team members could be blamed, as the incident occurred due to the negligence of the victim himself.
The actual name and age of this person are not revealed by the authorities yet. Although condolences were made to the loved ones. ‘This is an absolutely heartbreaking scenario.’ Tania Visintin, who is a Vancouver Police Officer, proclaimed at media. No further proceedings were made by the police after that press conference.
