Walking a thousand miles starting from Land’s End to John o’ Groats is no joke.
Now throw in a thousand bugs on the way and temperature in the bowl and here is the recipe is a real challenge that this man has taken in order to raise charity.
What? Do you need to add more to it? Add Speedos to it. No, the Speedos are not under the clothes but are the only clothing material this man decided to wear.
Mick, is a regular at Everton’s Goodison Park and it is the place he collects the money for a charity that he donates to needy organizations or people.
But recently he has changed a bit in his routine as rather than just walking a little in the park he has decided to walk a thousand miles and for the same, he has decided to wear nothing but Speedos and it has already helped him in achieving his target of raising £100,000.
But why did he choose Speedos?
Mick who is 55 years old said “when I first joined the English Channel to swim for charity, I read the rules that suggested I had to wear Speedos. I did my training and I was sure we have to wear Speedos and I wasn’t pleased about it at all.”
“Then when I started wearing it, it all became a part of my training eventually.”
The training got over a long time ago but his passion for charity still prevails. In order to stand out from the crowd, he decided to continue wearing Speedos.
He has already raised a massive amount of £250,000 for charity but he has no intention of stepping down anytime soon. He is passionate and is only willing to collect more and more funds for charity.
