A TikTok user took the challenge from his followers to eat the ‘world’s largest burger’ in front of vegan protesters.
Jordan Adams asked for ideas from his followers for his next prank and one of the TikTok users suggested that he pull off something that would annoy the vegan society.
The TikTok user was told to find the nearby vegan protesters and eat up “the world’s biggest burger” in front of them.
Veganism is the practice of refraining from the consumption of meat which includes red meat, poultry, seafood, and the flesh of any other animal. It also includes abstention from by-products of animal slaughter.
Veganism may be adopted for various reasons. Many people object to eating meat out of respect for sentient life. Such ethical motivations have been codified under various religious beliefs, as well as animal rights advocacy.
Adam’s prank clip was shared with his 750,000 followers in the TikTok account named @yourajokeman.
He captioned it with: “Reply to @morejokeman MHHHHMMMMMM” referring to the person who suggested the dare.
Adams wrote a text caption in his clip saying: “Eat the world’s biggest burger in front of vegan protesters.”
Although the viewers were unsure if it was really the world’s biggest burger, it sure did look like a meaty meal with chicken and beef tucked between the buns.
In the video, the vegan demonstrators can be seen standing soundlessly in the middle of a busy pedestrian street while holding signs and posters that show how terrible the agriculture industry can be when it comes to the death of animals.
As Jordan arrived at the spot, one of the demonstrators smiled as he called Jordan a jokester. He flashed another text on the clip telling his viewers to “comment things you think I won’t do”.
The TikToker chow the huge burger in front of them and offered some of it to the protestors however, they politely declined.
The next clip shows that there was some commotion going on between Jordan and one of the protesters, who accused the social media influencer of littering next to their demonstration place.
The long-haired activist even tried to get the cops involved and said littering is a fineable offense.
Another vegan activist asked Jordan if he was “proud” of what he was doing and called him “pathetic”. There was some verbal altercation between Jordan and the activists but he ended the clip saying the prank was “fire”.
The viewers had different reactions regarding the prank.
“You should respect others,” one person said. “Especially those who care about animals.”
“Why can they be mad at this but expect people to be okay with them holding up signs of dead animals protesting,” said the second one.
“I can’t help but think this is extremely disrespectful,” a third one wrote. “I’m not vegan but I think we should respect everyone’s decisions to a certain extent.”
Even if it looked like a successful prank for Jordan, several commenters had called him out for teasing vegans for their lifestyle choices through eating meat in front of them.
Jordan was also known for sharing clips where he execute pranks like slipping while pretending to be blind or dropping money to find out the ones who will take it but won’t bother to return it back to him.
