26-year-old Michael Golsorkhi has been jailed for 8 weeks after he tried to have sex with a pile of leaves in the Premier Inn’s parking area.
The drunk man was spotted thrusting into the pile with his jeans around his ankles in full view of guests eating at a Beefeater pub next door.
Michael then pulled up his underwear and hid after a hotel staff confronted him.
10 minutes later, he emerged from the bushes after police officers ordered him to come out.
“My colleague and I were aware of a male acting suspiciously in the hotel car park, near to the main entrance,” said an unnamed staff in a statement.
“We saw a white male with his trousers down and we could see his bum. There was nothing between me and this male, he was about a car length away from me and he appeared to be having sex.
“At one stage I shouted to him “What are you doing, you dirty b*****d” and he then leapt up, pulled his trousers up and sat in the bushes.
“We rang the police, and I kept shouting ‘what are you doing, clear off’. He gave no explanation what form what he was doing.”
The staff added: “After about ten minutes he walked out of the bushes. I could make out bits of his face, but I’ve never seen him before. I was concerned for the hotel guests, there were children staying at the hotel.”
The court also heard that Michael had previous convictions for harassing his parents.
“He took a combination of illicit substances and alcohol, and got himself into some sort of state,” said his Defense lawyer Neville Warburton.
“The staff from the hotel did ask if he was all right but he was in quite a terrible state. He has no recollection of the behaviour described.
“Unsurprisingly, this is relating to some information that he took drugs ranging from cocaine to cannabis and alcohol.
“When he was interviewed he was mortified at the suggestion of what happened. Only when piecing together the information, was he accepting of that.
“That is the state of events, he cannot explain his behaviour. He is entirely embarrassed about that.”
The lawyer added: “This is not something that has been brought before the court before and this is no fault of anyone else except the defendant.
“As a result of embarrassment he has no desire to return to the Premier Inn.”
Michael was jailed for 8 weeks and was ordered to pay £122 in costs.
