Luke is a proud cat owner who is very familiar with his pets’ mischiefs. One day, the young man was convinced the cats were making a mess in his kitchen after hearing a commotion while sleeping in his bedroom.

In an attempt to surprise his felines and catch them in the act, Luke pulled out his phone and began recording as he went downstairs.

After arriving in the kitchen, the man asked: “What are you guys doing?” Just moments later, however, he realized that the animal making the loud sounds was a possum and not his cats.

“Oh my God! What the ****,” Luke said in surprise after spotting the wild animal running around the kitchen.

While the possum moved around for a bit, it soon decided to ignore the homeowner and continue eating the banana it had stolen.

In the meanwhile, Luke’s cats could be seen peering at the possum through the window from outside the home, prompting the young man to question their guarding abilities.

Seeing how he was left to deal with the situation on his own, Luke went on to open the door next to the damaged screen that the possum made its way through in an attempt to get the animal to leave his home.

The possum, however, had something else in mind. The clever little marsupial quickly jumped on the kitchen counter before escaping through the slightly opened window.

Luckily, no cat, possum, or human was injured in the process!
