A man was filmed licking the bars of a subway train in New York, the epicenter of coronavirus in America, while another passenger can be seen moving away.
In the viral video shared by YouTuber Zeeshan Ali, the man can be seen licking the handrail on the subway train.
As Ali licked the bar, a passenger wearing a face mask and sitting nearby started to move away from him.
This comes as the number of confirmed cases rose to more than 25,000 in New York, with at least 210 people dead.
Governor Andrew Cuomo warned coronavirus was moving faster than ‘a bullet train.’
“New York is the canary in the coal mine, New York is happening first, what is happening to New York will happen to California and Illinois, it is just a matter of time,” he said. He also asked for federal help after President Trump said he wanted the United States to be open again next month for business.
Piers Morgan reshared Ali’s video and labeled him a moron.
The Good Morning Britain host said Ali should be jailed and given no treatment if he tests positive for the killer virus.
This comes after another ‘influencer’ from California claimed he had been hospitalized with the virus only days after sharing a video of himself licking a toilet bowl.
21-year-old Larz then tweeted: “I tested positive for Coronavirus.”
Another Twitter user, 22-year-old Ava Louise, also filmed herself licking a toilet seat on a plane and shared her video on TikTok.
“Karma is a strange thing. If you behave in such a reckless, moronic, selfless manner, karma will catch up with you,” Morgan said.
“I don’t take any pleasure, I don’t wish illness on people, but this has got to stop. These acts of reckless stupidity. That guy who licked the toilet bowl, did he infect anyone else?”
One internet user commented: “”Coronavirus challenge”? I weep for the future of this planet. Lock them all up and throw away the key.”
Another wrote: “Can we please ban influencers after this is all over?”
A third added: “Further proof that society is filled with absolute trash human beings.”
