Chuando Tan, a 51-year-old photographer from Singapore, is the new Internet sensation.
But, why a 51-year-old man is the new Internet sensation? What’s so special about him?
It is because he looks 20 years old. Chuando is leaving people shocked and stunned as he looks 20 while in reality, he is 51 years old.
Chuando used to work as a model in the 1980s and even became a pop singer in the ’90s but, his career as a singer didn’t last long.
So, he became a photographer. He told in one of his interviews:
“I started an Instagram account because some friends told me that clients these days would want to know how big a social media following a photographer had. In order to pepper my account, I posted several photos of myself to share my thoughts in captions.”
His followers noticed he doesn’t look 51 years old as he is not aging at all. Everyone wanted to know what’s the secret behind this? And, here is the answer.
Chuando eats 6 hard boiled eggs for breakfast with only 2 yolks and drinks a glass of milk with avocado and berries.
He eats chicken with rice, grilled vegetables, and fish soup during the day and eats a salad made of fresh greens for dinner.
He totally avoids coffee and tea and doesn’t smoke and drink alcohol. He loves ice cream but he eats it only in the first half of the day.
Besides eating healthy, Chuando does strength training 4 times a week, followed by cardio training.
He swims every day for about an hour.
Chuando says: “I have tried many different jobs and stopped at what I really like. I love people, love communication, love to set up a photo shoot, and love to take photos. If you do what you don’t like, then you’ll be feeling bad and, of course, it won’t strengthen your health.”
People even think that Chuando uses some cosmetics or gets plastic surgery. He uses hair dye for his grey hair but doesn’t use skincare products. Chuando says:
“I have sensitive skin that’s why there are only 2 things I use daily: gel face wash and moisturizing cream.”
He goes to bed early and wakes up early every day. Chuando says: “Trust me, going bed early is worth it. Having had enough sleep, you’ll be able to do more things during the day rather than if you work at night.”
