There are two types of people in this world.
One, who is always scared of the police, even without being guilty of the charge and get attentive whenever they are around cops.
Then there are the second ones who are never scared of the cops even if they are checking them or have arrested them.
A man was recently taken to the court as he intentionally farted in a cop’s face as he was being stripe searched.
28 years old Stuart Cook was arrested from the site of a crash where he stood in a corner. The police on the site were walking to his side when they smelled cannabis.
After taking a check on his vehicle, they found out a small stash of cannabis hidden in there and then quickly arrested Cook.
On the possession of cannabis, he was arrested and brought to the police station. At the time of his arrest, he became violent and kept screaming and abusing the officers.
When he was inside the police station, he was being searched for the possession of more cannabis and for the same the police officers had to strip him down.
Depute fiscal Lucy Simpson said that while he was checking Cook, he farted in his direction three times, deliberately. Then he asked him “How did it fell?” to the officer.
In the court, Cook pleaded guilty on the possession of cannabis in the first time. In his second time, he pleaded guilty of screaming at the officers and turning violent with his language.
He then was sustained with the charge of behaving in an inappropriate manner too.
Cook has been sentenced with 75 hours of work unpaid. His attorney said that Cook got aggressive and irritated as the officers thought he was smoking while he was driving which was not the truth. She said he was irritated of being wrongly accused.
