A man went out of his way to surprise his girlfriend by proposing her 30ft under the Caribbean Sea.
26-year-old Travis Grenier went on a diving trip with his 24-year-old girlfriend Kenna Seitz.

Travis, who is a motions graphics designer, said he was planning for months to propose his girlfriend.
Travis, from Lawrenceville, Georgia, USA, decided to propose Kenna, who loves the ocean, 30ft under the Caribbean Sea during their diving trip.
Travis invited his girlfriend of four years Kenna on a trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
He asked her to marry him with a rose gold engagement ring hidden inside a tiny treasure chest during their diving trip.
Kenna, who said YES, was left totally surprised and said: “I will never forget Travis’s proposal. It blew all of my expectations out of the water.”
“Travis was insistent on wearing this fanny pack and I couldn’t understand why, but I just tried to forget about it. He even wore it into the water, which I thought was very weird”.
She said the instructor asked them to get together to pose for a picture and when she stood up, Travis was on his knee holding a little treasure chest.
She said: “I started screaming. It was the most special moment. We even kissed through our masks.”
Travis said Kenna recently became scuba certified and he was inspired by her love for the ocean.
He said: “Kenna is a one of a kind girl and I knew she needed a one of a kind proposal. I just thought it would be a great idea to propose underwater.”
“I ordered a couple of different treasure chests beforehand, to make sure the ring wouldn’t budge during the dive. When she saw the ring she started screaming underwater and gave me the thumbs up.”
Kenna added: “It was the most special day.”
