You may have heard of plenty of gruesome tales from the graveyard but this recent story just might send shivers down your spine.
A man shared his horrifying experience when he witnessed hair poking out from a grave that was reportedly more than 100 years old. The extremely scary incident was nothing less than a hair-raising incident for this California man because he still can’t come to terms with what he actually saw.
Getting the fright of his life, the man decided to record the incident and post it on TikTok, causing uproar on social media. Within no time, the video went viral with plenty of shares, comments, and likes across the board. After all, it was definitely not something that people were accustomed to seeing.
Currently, the video stands at nearly 1.5 million views and more than 290,000 likes, as reported by Jam Press recently.
The man went on to describe the extremely eerie episode by adding how he was simply baffled and shocked when he first laid his eyes upon it.
“I just was not sure that what I was actually seeing was real or not,” he explained. Referring to it as both freaky and extremely gross, the man just couldn’t find the terms to describe his horror.
The exact location of the incident was recently disclosed as Sacramento’s Saint Joseph Catholic Cemetary.
The extremely stunned and terrified 32-year-old went on to add how he wanted a closer inspection to confirm whether or not the sight was true and that’s when he dared himself to go ahead and take another look.
“Upon a much closer inspection, I did realize that it was human hair that was coming out from that age-old grave,” he mentioned.
In the video, the 100-year-old tombstone comprises a giant tuft of long black hair that protrudes out from a crack through the stone. Clearly, it was nothing less than a Halloween prop as explained by some.
