A young man with Down’s syndrome has paid a surprise visit to his brother who serves as the Queen’s Guard.
In the video, Sam is seen talking to guards before visiting his beloved brother, Jack the Queen’s Guard, in an attempt to see what his work is all about.
As it turns out, Jack serves at Windsor Castle in London, UK, where he is charged with the protection of the royal family.
Before his brother Sam could see him, Lt. Bragger and Sgt. Baggot-Moore filled in the man with Down’s syndrome on rules that he should remember when visiting the Queen’s Guard soldier.
Eager to see his brother in action, Sam patiently listened to the soldiers and followed their instructions.
After seeing his brother standing firm in a winter uniform complemented by a big fur hat, Sam smiled from ear to ear and posed by Jack’s side for a photo.
As for Jack, he managed to remain perfectly calm, as the Queen’s guards should while they are on duty, and hide his happiness.
After a while, Jack firmly stomped on the ground, causing his brother to run away while laughing.
Following the operation picture-taking, Sam joined the rest of the guards in the barracks and waited for Jack to finish his duty before charging at him and jumping into his arms.
Jack gracefully welcomed and hugged his brother, clearly happy by the fact that he paid him a visit.
