The man was identified as Ryan Cherwinski, 31, who was caught in CCTV footage grabbing the backside of 21-year-old waitress Emelia Holden as he walked by her at Vinnie Van Go-Go’s in Savannah, Georgia.
In CCTV footage Emelia was busy in taking orders then Ryan walked past and touched her bum.
Emelia then turns and grabs him by the back of his neck before throwing him against a wall. She then criticizes him in front of other customers.
One of the girl’s co-workers called the Savannah Police Department who sent an officer to the restaurant.
The man is from Palm Bay, Florida, the father of infant twin girls, and in a long-term relationship with their mother.
Ryan and Erica Martin are together from 11 years and she was with him at the restaurant when he grabbed the waitress’ bum.

He spent two nights in jail and was released on July 2 on $2,500 bail.
Emelia said: ‘’a lot of things I can’t repeat’, but did not appear to regret saying them.’’
‘’I don’t care who you are.’’
Emelia told People: ‘’I looked at him and I said, “You don’t touch me, mother*****!’’
‘’I didn’t even think, I just reacted. I don’t know how I reacted the way I did. I’ve never done that before.’’
‘’When I felt that happen, my first thought was that it was one of my friends… it was a really intimate touch.’’
‘’His hand went further than it should have so I was thinking, “There’s no way a stranger just did that.’’
‘’The guy claimed that he was just trying to push me out of the way and, “Oh, I barely touched you,”
‘’Once the police saw the video, they immediately arrested him. There was no doubt that he did it.’’
The video of Emelia slamming the pervert went viral and she said, ‘’I’ve been getting a lot of attention for it,”
‘’I’d like to take this opportunity to give back to something that means a great deal to me, CATS!’’
