Who is not a big fan of burgers? Five guys’ is a restaurant that is dedicated to providing quality products and services to its customers.
If you go their website, you will find all the details about their freshly made burgers and fresh-cut fries.
But besides all the awesomeness that they share with their food, it is the employees who make serve the meal with a smile. One such employee is Justin Hollon, manager of the Greektown Five Guys’ situated in Detroit, Michigan.
It is no surprise that these outlets have regular customers coming up day in and day out; one such customer was a man in a wheelchair. When he went to the outlet to place his order, Hollon had noticed that something was not right with this man.
Hollon stated that this time, when the man had come, he was facing problems in placing his orders.
He claimed to be sick, and he looked so unwell that he was not even in a position to place his order. This is the reason they gave him the meal without taking in the order.
They offered him a free meal, which is known as “All the Way Burger.” In addition to this, the manager even went a step ahead and helped the man making sure he has a comfortable dining experience.
The manager made sure that the customer was taken care of during his eating experience. When he saw that the customer was struggling to eat, Hollon went ahead and sat with him so that the man could eat peacefully.
In one of his interviews, Hollon stated that all their customers are very dear and special to them. Another employee said that they enjoy the process of helping someone; it brings peace and feels nice.
Hollon is grateful that the story has been making rounds on social media platforms, and he is happy for his employees.
Hollon later also gave a shoutout to his amazing employees on Facebook. Leonard was the man who was being assisted and many people Hollon have come across the man where he needed assistance.
All he hopes for is the story to make an impact on people so that they help their fellow men.
