Animals have senses they observe you and can recognize you be it a dog or a manta ray.
Jake Wilton an Australian underwater diver and photographer who frequently visits Ningaloo Bay and dive under its waters shares an amazing story. He says that he used to tour snorkelers at diving areas and especially to Ningaloo Bay. Mantra ray got familiar with Jake just because he frequently visited that Bay.
Jake Wilton received a lifetime experience when he saved a manta ray that approached him so that Jake could save her. That manta ray was 30 years old and was named as ‘freckles’ just out of tenderness. Although she had seen Jack many a time this time it was very different.
Freckles approached Jake Wilton willingly when he was on a snorkeling excursion. Freckles traveled through the water and came near to Jake and she was like showing to him that she needed his help.
Freckles were enclosed in large fish hooks. Those hooks were enveloped around her eyes. Jake Wilton says that generally it is not normal for a fish to come near to you but this time situation was very different. It was a very extraordinary moment for the fish as well as for Jake Wilton.
The condition, in which freckles were she should have got an infection or might have become blind because of those fish hooks. She came near to Jake and Jake made up his mind to help her otherwise he knew that freckles would be in danger.
All he was thinking was to free this delicate animal of the hooks. He then dived with a tool with which he could cut the hooks. That animal was aware of the situation as Jake was driving down to help her out he was making efforts to remove the hooks.
At last, he got successful in his efforts and was able to remove the hooks. The ones who were with Jake cheered and bucked him with their clapping. Jake went down for the last time to adieu freckles and amazing thing is, she waited for Jake. Monty Halls a British TV broadcaster was there and reported the whole story.
After weeks Jake saw her again and she was completely fine, this showed that Jake’s effort worked and she saved the manta ray.
