Two Massive Birds Tried To Smash Glass Window To Get Tiny Puppies


Two hungry condors tried to take a family of toy poodles as they prey outside a woman’s apartment in Chile.

The 50-second video shows two massive birds outside the apartment looking to feast on the tiny poodle puppies on the other side of the glass window.

According to the Spanish media that shared the footage, the incident occurred near the Spanish stadium in Las Condes city.

The adorable puppies can be seen barking enthusiastically from inside the apartment as the hungry birds look at them from the other side.

The condors seemed very interested in the pooches and at one point, one of the birds tried to bite one of the dogs.

One of the large birds moved down the railings to get closer to the pooches but the window separated them from their prey.

According to the International Union for Conservation of Nature, condors are the largest flying birds in the world in terms of combined measurements of wingspan and weight.

The birds can have a wingspan of up to 10ft 10in (3.3 meters) and usually live off food wasted and left behind by people.  They have distinctive white feathers around black plumage and their bald head can change color according to their emotional state.

One internet user commented: “There used to be a huge seagull which came every morning to gawp through my large windows at my cat in the same way,terrified me and my cat.”

Another wrote: “Out of all of my dogs, my poodle would try to save me. The others get behind me. Bless them, they are stupidly brave.”

A third added: “Those poodles are not terrified. Typical small dog bravado when they know they are safe behind the glass.”
