Going back to school is one thing we all wish to do but this is not possible.
Although, we cannot go back to that life, we can still go back to school for a day and get to the nostalgia. The feeling can never be compared to anything else.
But what can be the proudest movement for a person, well it will become when the school calls you to address graduating students from your high school. Not all of us are lucky enough to get a call from our school for the same but it looks like Matthew McConaughey proved to the world that he is.
Recently Matthew McConaughey was called back to his high school Longview High School for the graduation ceremony of class 2019.
He went there to motivate the students who were receiving their diplomas on graduation. Apparently, it was not just the class of 2019 who received their diplomas in the ceremony but Matthew did too.
Matthew graduated from high school in 1988, which is more than 30 years ago. But he never took his diploma.
A speaker from the school said that at the ceremony they just give the holder of the diploma and that the actual diploma has to be collected by the students later.
She said that Matthew never came back to collect it and recently on the ceremony was given the diploma of his high school graduation.
At the ceremony, he gave a touching speech that motivated the students for their coming life in the real world. He told them to no matter what happens, following your heart it the best thing to do and every person in the world should do the same in order to get success.
