Shocking video footage captures the moment a female McDonald’s employee starts giving a beatdown on a female customer she had been arguing with.
Nevada resident Marie Dayag uploaded the video to her Facebook and Instagram accounts, saying, “The lady asked for a water cup and supervisor shut down the soda machine because she wasn’t letting her get a free soda.”
It seems that the customer tried to fill her water cup with soda instead which prompted the store manager to take action.
Although Dayag lives in Nevada, she didn’t state which McDonald’s branch the brawl happened.
The argument is difficult to hear since Dayag was filming from several feet away. However, snatches of “since you can’t afford one” and “that’s why your a** is behind the f***ing counter” could be heard. The customer also kept shouting “fight me” as she threw some French fries at the counter.
When the customer threw a milkshake and hit another employee, the giant of a McDonald’s employee decided to lay into the much smaller customer and the brawl was on.
The customer kept hitting the employee with a food tray but that didn’t deter the enraged employee and she grabbed the customer by the hair and pulled her around while slapping her. She even slammed the customer to a nearby table. The tussle even partially dislodged the customer’s top, leaving one of her boobs dangling out before she was slammed again.
Another McDonald’s staff member successfully separates the two but the customer starts laying into the staff member instead. This restarts the fight and the giant employee manages to land a few slaps before shouting “my momma ain’t dead, you respect my momma.” It was probably one of the insults hurled by the customer before the fight started.
Eventually, the two are separated but the customer still hasn’t had enough and can be seen carrying a metal chair and brandishing it at the employee who gave her a beatdown. The employee simply grabs the chair but thankfully doesn’t use it to hit the customer.
For all intents and purposes, it’s the customer that started it by mouthing off, hurling insults, and even throwing food at the staff. However, the employee still represents the company so it’s unclear how the company will handle this since it could easily turn into a PR nightmare.
Either way, it’s an important lesson about being respectful of others and keeping one’s cool in the face of unruly people.
