Megan fox says and believes she is a feminist in all aspects but again, she says and believes that she is not welcomed in the group because she does not believe in all the aspects the group puts up with.
The actress says that although her belief lays in the group she still feels that she has been abundant by the group several times.
She then shared a memory from 2009 when her film “Jennifer’s Body” came out which was a horror-comedy film. She said that the movie bombed at the silver screen but the critics were not happy.
She said “At the time of the release of the film, there was so much going on in my life that the film’s acceptance scored the least on the list of my priority.
I had a terrible relationship with media at the time, with the audience too and with everything that was going on my head, the movie just added up in the mix and it all became worse.”
She then said “At the time of #Metoo movement, I had my fair story too but I just thought that I wasn’t eligible to share it.
I was going through a mental break down and all I could think of was that I am not an eligible victim.
I was not ready to face the world. I avoided parties, red carpets, magazine shoots, and everything. I did not look my best and I did not believe I was good enough for anything at the time.”
She then added that her three children, who are extremely close to her heart, were the major factor that helped her come out of the gloom. She said that having children did affect her acting career but this does not make her regret her decision of having kids.
