Meghan Markle’s half-brother Thomas Markle Jr has said he has not seen Prince Harry smile after his marriage in a recent interview.
Mr. Markle told Daily Express Harry was all smiles before his marriage but after his marriage to his half-sister Meghan Markle, he has not seen a picture of Harry smiling.
Mr. Markle told Daily Express: “I haven’t seen a picture of Harry smiling in God knows how long. But before he was with Meghan he was smiling all the time.”
Mr. Markle believes marriage has changed Harry and he is doing what Meghan wants.
He said it is horrible and scary but he hopes it is the opposite of what he is feeling and they are madly in love.
He said: “I don’t know Harry has changed quite a bit in his life and stepped away from the royal family as well under duress probably and control and doing what Meghan wants.”
He said who would ever step down from the royal family and turn his life upside down. He feels it’s Meghan who wanted him to leave his family.
He added: “I mean it’s so unheard of, I mean who would ever step down from the royal family or be disassociated or go in there and turn things upside down and do things your way and get supported by Harry saying what Meghan wants Meghan gets.”
He said if it is true then he is sad for Harry but he hopes he is wrong and the couple is happy together.
Mr. Markle said: “If he is that controlled it is sad. I just hope it is the opposite, where they are madly in love and that is what it is about, but I am starting to think it is really not about that.”
Earlier DailyMail reported that Meghan has told her friends she and Prince Harry have ‘made the right choice in parting ways’ with the royal family after her last tour as a senior royal in the UK.
She said there’s no warmth between the family members as no one hugs and everyone is so uptight, especially Kate.
She reportedly also said that she wants to raise Archie in a household that is ‘filled with laughter and joy and lots of hugs’ and they did the right thing in parting ways.
