Meghan Markle is seven months pregnant and she is flaunting her baby bump on every occasion.
Whenever we spot her, she looks perfect in every attire. She always mesmerize us with her stunning looks. Recently, Meghan Markle celebrated her baby shower in a very lavish way.
The 37-year-old Duchess of Sussex will opt for an American run hospital in an act of defiance says royal commentator and former royal butler, Paul Burrell.
Speaking exclusively to Fabulous Online, Paul – who worked for the late Princess Diana – says it’s unlikely that Meghan will give birth at the Lindo Wing St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington.
“Meghan is likely to buck all traditions when it comes to having the baby, just watch where it is born.
“I don’t think she will use the Lindo Wing, I think she will use an American hospital like The Portland, which is owned by the Hospital Corporation Of America.
“I don’t think she will go the same path as Kate.
“I get the feeling she’s out to do things differently, it’s her way, Meghan’s way.
“I think she’s going to be very strong and defiant.”
In December last year, despite being a favorite with the Duchess of Cambridge, the Lindo Wing came under fire for receiving a poor food hygiene rating, scoring just two out of five.
So, it’ll come as no surprise that self-confessed foodie Meghan, might have turned her nose up at £7500 per night suites.
Meanwhile, The Portland Hospital – where celebs including Victoria Beckham, Kate Winslet, and Sarah Ferguson chose to give birth – recently received a ‘Good’ from the Care Quality Commission.
A basic birth package at the Portland starts at £8000 but the Chief Executive once told the BBC that she had seen someone spend £500K.
Paul says all this fuss about where Meghan and Harry’s baby will be born, following her lavish trip and baby shower in New York, won’t have gone down well with Prince Harry’s gran, The Queen.
“Meghan needs to be careful because she cannot upset the Queen,” Paul adds.
“I think our Queen is above all of that.
“She will not understand what all this fuss is about and then she will pull them aside and have a word with her grandson and Prince Harry.
“I think she will say why can’t she just toe the party line.
“We’ve had babies in the family before, we may not have had Americans in the family before.
“Meghan HAS to toe the party line.
“She may say she doesn’t have to, but as she has a royal title, that is the price she has to pay.”
Meghan is due to give birth in April.
