For years and years, men had been concerned with their bodies and have run after those abs.
Struggling in the gym for hours, not being confident enough about their body just because they do not have abs, struggling with issues regarding their bodies will not all come to an end.
Apparently, women are more attracted to the men who had dad bods and not to the men who have hardcore abs. No this is not our hypothetical assumption but a survey has found out the result.
So, what are dad bods exactly? Dad bods are a body that does not have a literal slim figure. That is not all about hardcore abs and it is when the man loves his body.
The survey that was carried out found out that about 61% of women said they are more attracted to men with dad bods rather than men with hardcore abs.
In another result of the same test, it was found out that more and more men each day are accepting that change and this is making them fall in love with their body. This is bringing the change our world needed.
Social media and advertising have created this false image of an ideal body which is not true. Yes, hardcore abs do demand a lot of efforts but it does not mean that a normal physical is any less attractive. It is the survey saying now.
Not just us commoners but Hollywood celebrities as well as star sportsmen are on the lead too. They are too in love with their dad bods rather than running after hardcore abs.
Also if you are worried about the female attention, well, you are already attractive enough for that.
