Throughout the years, the 6-time NBA champion, who is now worth over $1.5 billion, became a world-renowned figure who sealed major deals with brands like Nike and Coca-Cola.

Nevertheless, Jordan has allegedly always been careful in choosing his associates whereas his agent, David Falk, claimed the basketball player once refused a two-hour endorsement of a brand for which he was offered $100 million.

“I brought him a deal three years ago for $100 million. All he had to do was, other than giving his name and likeness, make a one two-hour appearance to announce the deal and he turned it down,” Falk said on WFAN Sports Radio.

“God bless him. He’s been so successful, it gives him an opportunity to do whatever the hell he wants or not to do things he doesn’t want. I really admire that. He’s very, very selective in the things he wants to be involved in.”

While the former Chicago Bulls player remains selective when it comes to closing the deals regardless of their promised pay, Falk insisted he gets upset upon losing money in golf.

“He’s an extremely competitive guy. If he loses $150,000 playing golf, big freaking deal,” the agent said.

“If I told him tomorrow, ‘Hey, I’ve got an appearance for you for five minutes for $150,000,’ he’d laugh at me. If it was $1,500,000, he wouldn’t do it.”

In one of his recent projects, MJ has appeared in ESPN’s The Last Dance, a documentary that follows the rise of Chicago Bulls during the 1997-98 season and the untold story of Michael Jordan.
