The event was for a State Dinner that was held in the capital, Washington DC. It was a special occasion as the guest of honor was the Prime Minister of Singapore, Lee Hsien Loong.
It’s obvious that the diva wanted to look picture perfect for the event but it appears that her stylists took things to the extreme with their selection. The attire was designed by Brandon Maxwell who is renowned for his creations but it appears something went terribly wrong with the thought process and final end piece.
