Michelle Obama just shared a picture of her as she works out in her gym and in the selfie, she has asked other women how do they take care of themselves.
The 55 years old former first lady shared a post saying that although it does not always feel good while you are in the moment but it feels great later about the fact that you actually went to the gym.
She then put a question asking all the women about how they feel and do on their self care Sunday?
This is not the first time she has posted something or worked in the direction of something that gives a motive or confidence or motivation to the women around the world but she has been doing the same ever since Barak Obama became president.
She is a world popular leader who has been working in the direction of women empowerment ever since. The former first lady of America is a strong woman and has shared her belief that a woman can do whatever she wants and whenever she wishes.
It is no hidden truth that former President Barak Obama was a little scared of his wife and that she has always been the support that had let him move forward in the journey that was never easy.
It was not just women but she has also worked for kids. She worked for children welfare for the kids who suffered from obesity. She has spread awareness about how young kids with obesity will become adults with heavyweight and diseases.
