Photography is one of the best creative professions, it seems taking pictures is not a big thing.
Just take out your camera and click pictures. Taking pictures of toys is simple, but creativity and talent can produce some outstanding things, and photographer Jared Middleton proves this to be true. He clicked photos of toys and that looks cool.
Jared Middleton is a photographer whose models are toys. The photos he takes are so incredible and realistic that it’s impossible to believe that the action isn’t happening for real.
Middleton uses real fire and water in his photos along with many other tools like wires to make the figures stand in the right position.
Middleton must be a true fan of Star Wars movies because he usually uses figurines of Star Wars characters, the most contrasting ones are Pokémon characters.
Middleton shared behind-the-scenes videos to show the whole process behind this amazing photoshoot. Many of his subscribers get inspired by him and have become toy photographers themselves.
He started photography as a hobby in 2014 in local parks, abandoned buildings, and his own backyard.point 249 |
He said: “After I started taking my toy photography, I began posting my collection on Instagram.point 85 | Following this, I discovered a massive community completely revolved around collecting and toy photography.point 181 | I was inspired by the many talented photographers so I started myself and used a combination of techniques I’ve learned from others and ones I come up with myself.point 320 |
For a shoot, I’ll travel to one of my favorite spots and spend hours setting up scenes and taking photos, and getting a lot dirtier than I planned.point 124 | ”point 127 | 1
Jared added: “When I started thinking out of the box, I began to grow into a better photographer. Now the reception to my work is better than I’ve ever imagined – I’m very lucky. I’m hopeful my toy photography become more recognized throughout the world.”
