Our mind is a funny object.
It works on its own rules and perceptions without realizing the rules of nature. Our mind is tricky and plays with stuff we do not know of.
There are so many things we have heard of and know about but have not seen in person. Like a giant blue whale or a dinosaur. There are so many things in the world outside that varies in so many properties from their description. Our mind perceives picture of any certain object or thing we have heard of based on the information we have received.
Bored Panda decided to show us actual pictures of something most of us might have never seen in person and our mind does not know about their actual sizes.
They asked their followers to send in pictures of large objects compared with a household object to know about its actual size. They received tons of pictures and posted some great ones out in an article.
A woman was holding a Wombat and standing in the picture to show how massive these animals can grow. The combat almost sizes as ¾ of the woman.
In another picture in the same article, the heart of a blue whale was shown and a man was standing beside it. The man was able to see on the top of the heart using a ladder.
Another picture shows the size of the lungs of a horse after they are exposed to the atmospheric air. It surely is massive.
