Goats are amazing creatures, and typically they are calm and friendly farm animals.
If you have a little outdoor space, they can be a perfect addition to your family.
However, at times their jolly and competitive nature can get a bit over the top, and their pointy goat horns can end up doing some damage to animals as well as humans.
People who own goats should train their pet goats when they are young, in order to ensure they do not show any aggressive behavior after they have grown up.
However, if you have missed out on the training part, then pool noodles can be a quite funny and effective temporary solution.
The mammal is going to do everything in its power to get the noodles out of its horn, and at times might even succeed, but for the time being, everyone will be protected from being injured.
From disobeying or disrespecting the owners to biting, pushing, and kicking things around with their horns are all signs of aggressive behaviors in goats.
They do not always do it on purpose, but the pool noodles can protect the kids who are playing with them from getting hurt or perhaps while milking.
Pool noodles are not the only protective gears for goats; people around the world are being creative with this concept. Duck tapes, buckets, tennis balls, etc. are also being used as protection against headbutts.
Eventually, it is important to train them so that they do not end up hurting themselves and others around them.
Training them will take time and a lot of patience, and during this time you can cover their little horns with pool noodles and other items. There are many training methods that you can use to train your goat.
