A 32-year-old Instagram model makes thousands every year selling her worn underwear to followers.
Vany Vicious from Miami, Florida has over 615,000 followers on Instagram and she makes a living through modeling. She also gets more cash by selling her used undies online where fans can purchase knickers from after a full day of wear, workout or after sex.
She charges up to $100 per pair, with other options including used socks that have been worn all day or sweaty gym socks.
“I started doing it because my fans were asking for it a lot. They also ask for used socks,” Vany said. “I started a couple of months ago and each pair can go from $50-$100 depending on the activity.
“My followers have the option to buy panties after a workout, after sex, or a full days wear.”
Vany, who got her first tattoo when she was 14, revealed that she can earn around $1,000 per month by selling used garments.
She started modeling at a young age, sharing photos on MySpace and gained popularity online. She then expanded her social media presence and shared many pictures that went viral.
“An average day for me is mostly going to the gym, and getting work done between my modelling career and my other two businesses,” Vany shared.
“And of course spending time with my dogs. And on busier days I do the same along with some photoshoots.”
Vany also launched her two fashion brands, Throwback Garage and Haute Floss, specializing in affordable swimwear, jewelry and clothes.
“I decided to start Haute Floss and Throwback Garage because I know this modelling thing will not last forever, people get old,” Vany said.
“I really enjoy working for myself and the constant learning from being a fairly new business owner.”
Her advice to aspiring models: “Trust your instinct when doing photoshoots, don’t do anything that makes you uncomfortable, ever.”
