A mom has shared how she saves her time by putting her daughters to bed in the next day’s clothes.
Australian mom, Lisa Lamond, who has two daughters, Arabella, three, and Ruby, two, said her trick helps her in her life and everything gets ready on their time.
Speaking to Whimn, Lisa said: “My daughters like to dress from head to toe.
“On days I’m working in particular, I don’t have a spare hour while they pull up one sock.
“So the best piece of advice I’ve been given is to dress your kids the night before in the clothes you want them to go out in.
“When they wake up, I change their nappy, put their shoes on and we are out the door.
“It works wonders for me and where I’m at in life at the moment.”
Lisa also suggests what you should do for making your household work running smoothly with two young kids.
She advised other people to make a printing list about a morning and afternoon routine, with words and pictures listing what needs to be done. Like, brushing hair, packing a bag and eating breakfast.
Lisa also said that she saves her time by doing online shopping and she always preps meals to freeze and keep it in stock.
She also makes a large jar of a sauce which is her mom-in-law’s favorite sauce. It helps in preparing food and goes with everything from chicken to vegetables.
‘Sunday is a family day. Adam is really hands-on when he’s here. His time is precious with the girls and it’s about fun and experiencing different things.
‘I’m not precious about the mess things make, like cooking or painting. I want them to try new things and test themselves. We’re trying to instill in them resilience and confidence because it’s a challenging world raising two girls.’
