Safety of a child in the car is a must and there are car seats and belts available for the purpose.
But the same belts and seats do not always work for kids who are disabled. That is why this mother created a belt cover for such kids in just $12 and now everyone needs it.
Mother of a five-year-old baby shared a picture of her daughter protected by a belt that had a cover she created as her girl is disabled and she cannot go under MRI.
Natalie Bell is the mother of a five years old daughter who has cochlear implant. In order to keep her child safe and to alert the health organizations, the woman created a belt cover to keep and shared the picture of the same on social media, soon people started requesting her.
She wrote under her post “I have always been scared about this one thing. This has always been in my mind that what will happen if I get in an accident with y daughter and she gets hurt and because of her disability she won’t be able to get an MRI done?
This is why I created this cover which will be able to tell the medical team whether there are some special needs with the child or not. Like “No MRI” or “I cannot listen.”
The designs she has created are convenient and can be bought in just $12 to $20.
She wanted to do something and wanted to start her own business. That is when she got her inspiration from her own daughter and created these covers. Since then her social media is filled with messages and she says she is overwhelmed with the results she has received.
She said that she first thought of creating a bracelet for the purpose but a bracelet would not work for such young kids and thus she created seat belt covers.
