Jaime Allison, 40, and her daughter Calista Jean Jones, 18, have reduced a combined total of 184 pounds by just following this workout program called Jazzercise.
In January 2016, both mother and daughter started this venture with a thought of hooking up till the end of this dance class at Jazzercise studio, Alabama.

For Calista and Allison, this workout wasn’t just a mean to burn some fat but rather an opportunity to connect with one another.
While giving an interview, Allison told that this weight loss journey was wholly a relationship uplifting experience for both of them.
According to Allison, it was a really hard time of life for her to bring up a daughter and watch her went through all those obesity problems and self-insecurities which she had been dealing with her whole life.point 184 | She said that she always wanted her daughter to look up to her and now she thinks that she has achieved what she wanted.point 281 |
